Nipuna Prabidhik Sewa is in search of a UI/UX designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, coupled with a high level of proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, among others.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and requirements.
• Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to convey design concepts effectively.
• Create visually appealing and user-centered interface designs following brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure successful design implementation.
• Contribute to the development of design systems for consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in Agile development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
