Our story
Grew the slow way — by finishing what we started.
Nipuna Prabidhik Sewa started in Nepal in 2017. Over 8 years, the company has grown from a small development team in Pokhara into a group of specialists building ERP, cloud, commerce and AI systems for clients across three continents.
The work is done in-house — not subcontracted out — and every one of our nine service lines has shipped for a paying client. A second office in Burlington, Iowa means clients in the United States get answers during their own working day.
What has not changed is the way we work: named people, working software every two weeks, and a desk that does not go home when your office does.
How we work
Three principles, kept on every project.
01
Named people
You get direct access to the engineers on your project, not an account manager relaying messages. Their names are on the releases.
02
Working software every fortnight
Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. Progress is something you can click, not a status report.
03
We stay after go-live
Hosting, monitoring and a support desk that covers your hours. Every project includes a support window, and most clients stay on a monthly plan.
How we work
From idea to impact.
Five steps, no surprises in the middle. You see working software every two weeks and a written price before we start.
01
DISCOVER
Understand the business problem.
We map the process you actually run, not the one in the manual, and agree what a good outcome looks like before anything is scoped.
02
DESIGN
Design the product and architecture.
Wireframes and a clickable Figma prototype before any code, alongside the system architecture and data model that will carry it.
03
BUILD
Develop, test and iterate.
Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of every one. Automated tests and code review are part of the sprint, not an afterthought.
04
LAUNCH
Deploy and integrate.
Hosting, monitoring and integration with the systems you already run, with a support desk that covers your working hours.
05
SCALE
Optimise and improve.
After the support window, most clients move to a monthly plan covering hosting, monitoring, security patching and improvement hours.
Technology
The stack follows the problem.
Vendor-neutral advice, and the tools that fit: React and Node.js on the front, Laravel back offices, Flutter apps for both stores, and AWS underneath.

Careers
You own what you build.
Direct client contact, your name on releases, code review with explanations and time to learn unfamiliar stacks during work hours. We open roles a few times a year — fastest for developers — and read every CV that comes in.
